Public, Cultural, or Sporting Events
1. Conditions for spectator access to SUPER BOCK ARENA – Pavilhão Rosa Mota
- Possession of a valid ticket;
- Not being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or similar products, and agreeing to undergo control and screening tests;
- Not carrying prohibited objects or substances, or anything that may enable or provoke acts of violence;
- When required by the competent authorities, consenting to a preventive security search carried out by Event or Sports Venue Assistants, aimed at detecting and preventing the entry of prohibited objects and substances;
- Consenting to the recording of image and sound, within the limits established by law.
2. Valid ticket definition
A valid access ticket is the event ticket, which must always include the event name, date, and seat/location inside the venue.
These documents must be shown to Event or Sports Venue Assistants or Access Control Staff whenever requested.
3. Denial of access
Access to SUPER BOCK ARENA – Pavilhão Rosa Mota is denied to all spectators who do not comply with the above conditions.
4. Age restrictions
The minimum age for attending events depends on the type of event and is defined by the competent authorities.
5. Restricted individuals
Entry is prohibited to anyone banned by a decision of a competent authority.
6. Prohibited items
The following are not allowed inside SUPER BOCK ARENA – Pavilhão Rosa Mota:
- Firearms, throwing weapons, and bladed weapons;
- Bottles, cans, glass containers, umbrellas, rigid flagpoles;
- Any objects that may endanger the physical safety of spectators;
- Explosive or pyrotechnic substances or devices, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Food and drinks
It is forbidden to enter the venue with beverages or any food products.
8. Conditions for remaining inside the venue
Spectators must:
- Not display banners, flags, or symbols with offensive, racist, or xenophobic content;
- Not obstruct access or evacuation routes, especially emergency exits;
- Not engage in violent behavior or incite violence, racism, or xenophobia;
- Not chant racist or xenophobic slogans;
- Not access restricted or non-public areas;
- Not move between sectors/zones;
- Not throw objects;
- Not use fireworks, pyrotechnics, or similar devices;
- Not use horns powered by batteries, electricity, or other energy sources, nor fixed noise-producing devices (except the venue’s official sound system).
9. Seating compliance
Spectators must respect the seat or area indicated on their ticket, unless otherwise instructed by venue staff.
10. Commercial activity
It is forbidden to display, offer, sell, or promote any commercial or promotional items inside or around the venue without express authorization from Circulo de Cristal, S.A.
11. Smoking policy
In accordance with Law 37/2007 of August 14, smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
12. Acceptance of rules
Admission and presence at SUPER BOCK ARENA – Pavilhão Rosa Mota imply full acceptance of these regulations, as well as any specific rules related to individual events and all safety and public space usage regulations.
13. Compliance with staff instructions
Spectators must follow all instructions given by Event or Sports Venue Assistants.
14. Violations
Any spectator who violates these rules or behaves in a way that disturbs the comfort and safety of others may be expelled from the venue. Administrative or criminal offenses will be punished according to applicable law (Law 52/2013 of July 25).
